How to use

  1. Choose or drop a PDF file. A thumbnail of every page appears after a moment.
  2. Drag pages to reorder them (↑ / ↓ on phones) and use ⟲ / ⟳ to rotate single pages, or the buttons above to rotate every page at once.
  3. Tap × to delete pages you do not need. Changed your mind? Press “Restore deleted pages”.
  4. Press “Create new PDF”, then “Download”.

Privacy

Files you choose and text you enter are processed in your browser. They are not uploaded to our servers and we do not store them. Some tools download the code or data they need (such as OCR language data) from this site the first time you use them.

FAQ

Is my PDF uploaded anywhere?

No. Thumbnails, rotating, reordering and building the new file all happen in your browser. The file never leaves your device.

How do I change the page order?

On a computer, drag the pages. On a phone, use the ↑ / ↓ buttons next to each page. "Reverse order" flips the whole document in one tap.

Which way do pages rotate? What about pages that are already rotated?

⟳ turns a page 90° clockwise and ⟲ 90° counter-clockwise; tap repeatedly for 180° or 270°. Rotation adds to the page's current orientation and the thumbnail updates right away.

Are deleted pages really removed from the file?

Yes. Deleted pages are not written to the new PDF, and images or fonts used only by those pages are dropped too. Bookmarks or links that pointed to a deleted page stop working.

Will quality drop?

No. Only page order and orientation change; nothing is re-compressed or re-rendered. Text stays searchable and bookmarks and forms are kept.

Can I organize a password-protected PDF?

PDFs with an open password or permission restrictions need to be unlocked first with Unlock PDF. Files up to 200 MB and 2,000 pages are supported.
